A law firm in New York city, has filed a lawsuit antitrust against Microsoft in the Court of Appeal of the Competition, in the United Kingdom. The charge on the company's Redmond is similar to that of the FTC in the United States, namely, the abuse of a dominant position in order to convince the customers to use it services and cloud computing Azure. A request for a damage of 1 billion pounds.
Microsoft prevents the competition
According to the company, the legal Scott+Scott, Microsoft's penalizes customers who are not using Azure. The companies that use their services in the cloud from Amazon, Google and Alibaba are required to pay the licensing to be more expensive to be installed on a Windows Server.
